You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Usage-based and outcome-based charges are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Clocknext and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clocknext will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
